Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the AI Face Analyzer iPhone app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. The App is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”); these terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies, except where these terms give you more rights.
1. What the App is, and is not
The App is a wellness and grooming tool. It measures facial proportions from landmarks detected on your device and compares them with general reference ranges, then suggests habits such as posture, grooming and skincare routines.
- Not medical advice. The App does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before starting exercises if you have jaw, neck, skin or other health concerns, and stop any exercise that causes pain.
- Not a judgment of you. Scores describe how measurements compare with reference ranges. They are not a measure of attractiveness, health or worth.
- Estimates only. Measurements are affected by lighting, camera, distance, pose and expression. Progress projections extrapolate your past scans and are not promises. Routines cannot change bone structure, and results vary.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live, to use the App. Only scan your own face, or the face of someone who has clearly agreed. Do not use the App or anything it produces to harass, shame or discriminate against anyone, or in breach of any law.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription (“Premium”). The price and billing period are shown in the App before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings (how to cancel). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use “Restore purchases” in the App to re-activate Premium on a new device.
4. Your data
Face analysis runs on your device, and your results stay on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is stored and how to delete it. You are responsible for content you choose to share from the App, such as FaceCards.
5. Our rights
The App, its design, text, routines and scoring methods belong to us and our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by the Standard EULA or by law.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the App, change or remove features, or update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will let you know in the App or on this page before it applies. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend access if you seriously breach these terms.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of the Standard EULA.
